10Bet Casino General Terms and Conditions

  1. Casino Bonus can be used in the Casino Games only.

  2. Upon placing a bet after receiving a bonus, players are automatically bound to these and the respective promotion's terms and conditions.

  3. A bonus can be received upon entering the relevant bonus code in the bonus filed upon direct deposit to casino or upon transfer from sports to casino balance. Alternatively a bonus can be granted as a cashback or other prize bonus depending on specific promotional terms.
  4. A customer can have only one active casino bonus in their account.
  5. A bonus is only available once per person, per household address, computer, email address, credit card number or an alternative payment method.
  6. When a customer has an active bonus, all bets are taken from his real balance first.
  7. A customer can withdraw the bonus amount only upon meeting the specific rollover requirements for the bonus.
  8. A customer cannot withdraw the bonus and any winnings since he has the bonus active until rollover requirements are met.
  9. The bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from a player's account upon transfer to sports before meeting the rollover requirements. Only the sum of the original real balance upon receiving the bonus or amount left can be transferred to sports.
  10. Players can receive only one bonus per deposit, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  11. Players must meet rollover requirements within 30 days from receiving the bonus, unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so will result in any active bonus and winnings automatically removed.
  12. Note that unless specified otherwise in specific promotions, game bets contribute towards rollover requirements as follows: Golden Casino - Slots, Arcades, Keno, Scratch Cards count 100% towards rollover requirements, Jackpots 0%, Roulette, Sic Bo 20%, Video Pokers 5%, Card Games 10%, Russian Poker 5%. Blackjack Surrender, Baccarat and Craps do not count towards rolloverrequirements. Platinum Casino - All Featured Slots, Bonus slots, Casual and Pub Games (excl. Joker 800, All Aces Poker, Bonus Deuces Wild) count 100% towards rollover requirements, Jackpots (Mega Moolah, King Cashalot, Major Milions, Mega Moolah Isis, Lots a loot, Cash Splash, Fruit Fiesta, Treasure Nile) count 50% towards rollover requirements, Roulettes count 20% towards rollover requirements, Blackjacks and Video Poker (Joker 800, All Aces Poker, Bonus Deuces Wild, All American), Pai Gow Poker count 10% towards rollover requirements.

    Example: If you have to rollover a bonus of €10 ten times, you have to place bets equal to €10x10 = €100 on games that count 100% towards rollover requirements. If you wish to play a game withlower contribution, for example Roulette (20%), your bets of €100 contribute €20 to the rollover requirements.
  13. The following games from Golden Casino will be excluded from game play with bonus money and customers will be able to play these games only with their real money balance: Fruit Salad Jackpot, Hot7s Jackpot, Gold in Bars, Carribean Poker, Colliseum Poker, New Your Gang Slots, Feaky Wild West Jackpot, Freaky Bandidts.
  14. If a customer plays a game excluded from rollover requirements, his entire bonus balance will be removed.
  15. Free spins from Golden Casino Games will be added to the bonus balance, provided a customer has an active bonus at the time of winning these.
  16. If you wish to find out how much rollover is left for a bonus, contact csd@support.10bet.com.
  17. If you do not wish to receive a specific bonus contact csd@support.10bet.com to have it removed before you place any bets.
  18. The rollover requirements remain active until the bonus balance reaches €0.00. If any active bonus remains upon subsequent deposit, all winnings are kept in the bonus balance until rollover requirements are met.
  19. If you wish to cancel an active bonus, after you've placed bets, contact csd@support.10bet.com. Note that any winnings in the bonus account will be removed alongside the bonus.
  20. 10Bet reserves the right to change and cancel the promotions at any time, or to refuse the bonus to specific players at management's sole discretion.
  21. It is player's sole responsibility to be aware of these and each promotional terms and conditions.
  22. The English version of these terms and conditions and English versions of any terms and conditions take priority over the versions in other languages.
  23. The terms and conditions prevail over any communication via email, chat or phone.
  24. Bets placed with minimal or no risk, will not count towards wagering requirements and may be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, 10Bet reserves the right to remove any bonus funds and accumulated winnings at management's sole discretion and to refuse future bonuses and promotions.
  25. Players who registered with GBP but do not reside in the United Kingdom, might be denied receiving a bonus or have their associated bonus and winnings removed upon management decision.
  26. 10Bet management reserves the right to decide not to credit a cashback bonus to players who have not rolled over their qualifying deposit at least five times.
  27. All decisions made by 10Bet management are final.
  28. These T&C's are subject to the general 10Bet T&C's.
